Big City Recruitment in a Seaside Location

Penguin’s clients and candidates are located right across the UK and we’ve been a successful recruitment consultancy for decades, so naturally you’d expect our offices to be in London or a similar big city. Well, we like to do things differently. Many of the Penguin team are based in beautiful, vibrant Mumbles, near Swansea - the gateway to Gower and its amazing beaches, coastal paths and countryside. We love being part of the Mumbles community and are always looking for new talent to join us here at Penguin.

We also have an office in Moseley, Birmingham. It may not have the sea, but cosmopolitan Moseley is also a great place to work – with its boutique shops, bars and café culture.
