Over the last 20 years Penguin Recruitment has been brilliant at matching people to new careers and we are proud to have lead and shaped the Geo-Sector recruitment scene.

One of our biggest strengths is Graduate Recruitment and in the last 12 months we have placed over 100 graduates from 44 different Universities. Working closely with our clients and candidates puts us in an amazing position to identify industry trends and we use this knowledge and foresight to help us shape positive outcomes for our candidates and clients.

 This quantity of placements allows us to produce some great real time data which is second to none in the industry and we have decided that it is time to start sharing this information.

Through our hundreds of interactions with Graduates each year, we have spotted notable gaps in their preparation for industry and we have planned to help then close this gap through the provision of information, with the aim of preparing graduates and undergraduates for their early career in the Geo-Sector.

The outcome is a ground breaking 40 page pdf booklet that offers expert insights backed by real time industry research. It is packed full of information which we plan to put in front of all relevant University societies and their student membership.
