Our latest GeoFirst initiative has resulted in an extensive survey focused on career trends within the GeoSector. The aim was to equip future GeoGraduates with data-driven insights, enabling them to better navigate their career paths and make more informed decisions. The result is a comprehensive snapshot of the GeoSector that offers fascinating reading.

We received an incredible response from our industry network, with 1,100 surveys completed by GeoProfessionals eager to share their career experiences with future graduates. The survey was conducted anonymously, allowing respondents to provide honest insights into both their first roles and their overall career journeys. After data cleansing, 922 individual responses were analysed.
