Sustainability Consultant (BREEAM / Building Performance)

I’m currently partnering with a well-established building services consultancy looking to add a BREEAM Sustainability Consultant to their growing East Midlands team.
This is a great opportunity to get involved in a wide range of projects, working alongside engineers and design specialists to deliver low-carbon, high-performing buildings.
What you’ll be doing:
* Delivering BREEAM assessments across varied projects
* Supporting energy & sustainability strategies from concept stage
* Producing detailed environmental reports
* Contributing to areas like embodied carbon, overheating, and energy modelling
What they’re looking for:
* BREEAM experience (essential)
* Knowledge of UK regs (Part L)
* IES / One Click LCA (beneficial)
* Strong communication + ability to manage multiple projects
