The Role:
As a Senior Town Planner, you will play a key role in delivering complex planning projects from inception through to determination. Responsibilities will include:

Managing a range of planning applications and appeals
-
Preparing planning appraisals, policy reviews, and development strategies
-
Liaising with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders
-
Mentoring junior team members where appropriate
-
Supporting business development and contributing to the team’s growth
About You:
-
MRTPI qualified (or close to qualification)
-
4-7 years’ experience in planning, ideally within consultancy or development
-
Proven ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Strong understanding of planning policy, legislation, and the development process
-
Confident in client-facing situations and able to build strong professional relationships
