Job Title: Senior Architectural Technologist

Salary: £40,000 – £50,000
This is an excellent opportunity to join a national RIBA chartered practice who offer a wide range of expertise to the healthcare, defence, industrial, leisure, residential, and education projects across the UK. They are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to hit the ground running for their Newcastle studio.

Duties for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:
- Deliver a range of projects from inception through to completion
- Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications
- Carry out site visits and undertake surveys to ensure technical compliance
- Liaise with clients and consultants to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:
- Degree within Architectural Technology
- Strong post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
- Proficiency with Revit
- Strong experience working from RIBA stages 4 onwards
- Experience working on projects across a broad range of sectors
- Job Running experience
- Excellent technical detailing skills
- Working knowledge of UK building regulations
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
