Daily Duties
- Lead architectural design from concept to delivery across varied rural projects
- Manage client relationships and identify business development opportunities
- Coordinate with planners, landscape designers, and other consultants
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and design documentation
- Mentor junior architects and support team development
Ideal Candidate
- Substantial post Part 3 experience in a UK based practice
- Proven track record in rural or residential projects, ideally including estate-scale or bespoke homes
- Strong business development and client management skills
- Excellent design, communication, and leadership abilities
- Passionate about sensitive, context-driven design and delivering high-quality outcomes
