Salary: £40,000 – £45,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established architectural practice who offer expert design services to the residential and commercial sector. They are on the lookout for a talented Senior Architect to hit the ground running for their team in Peterborough.

Duties for the role of Senior Architect:
- Take ownership of projects throughout all RIBA work stages
- Work collaboratively with clients, consultants, and internal teams to achieve project goals
- Produce detailed design documentation and technically robust packages
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget
Requirements for the role of Senior Architect:
- ARB registered
- Strong post part 3 qualification experience in a relevant role within a UK practice
- Proficiency with AutoCAD is essential
- ArchiCAD experience is advantageous
- Job running experience
- Strong knowledge of UK building regulations
- Experience managing projects within the residential sector
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Live within a commutable distance to the Peterborough area
