Job Title: Sales Manager – Acoustic Solutions
Location: UK-wide (Hybrid/Remote)
Salary: £50,000 – £65,000 + Commission + Car/Allowance + Benefits
A leading manufacturer of acoustic solutions and noise control systems is seeking an experienced and commercially focused Sales Manager – Acoustic Solutions to oversee high-value projects across the UK. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically minded professional with a background in acoustics, noise control, or building services to take ownership of major contracts and lead project delivery from concept to completion.
As a Sales Manager – Acoustic Solutions, you will manage client relationships, lead tendering and negotiation, and coordinate technical and commercial delivery. You’ll work closely with design, engineering, and installation teams to ensure each project meets performance, budget, and client expectations.

Duties for the role of Sales Manager – Acoustic Solutions include:

Leading tendering and commercial negotiation for large industrial and data centre projects

Managing key accounts across infrastructure, power, and building services sectors

Overseeing projects from quotation through to design, manufacture, and installation

Producing proposals, bids, and technical presentations

Representing the business at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events
Requirements:

Background in acoustics, noise control, or building services engineering

Proven experience managing complex, high-value contracts

Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills

Degree (or equivalent) in an engineering or technical discipline

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally
