Remedial Plumber
Location: London
Salary: £32,000 – £40,000 per annum (DOE)
We are currently seeking an experienced Remedial Plumber to join a well-established water hygiene and building services team in London. This Remedial Plumber position focuses on delivering high-quality remedial works identified through Legionella risk assessments across both domestic and commercial properties.
The successful Remedial Plumber will have strong technical knowledge of plumbing systems, particularly cold-water storage tanks and associated pipework. This role is ideal for a Remedial Plumber who takes pride in compliance, safety, and professional workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:
* Undertake remedial plumbing works identified in Legionella risk assessments
* Install, modify, or remove pipework and system components
* Inspect, repair, and replace cold-water storage tanks
* Install TMVs, non-return valves, and water control devices
* Remove dead-legs and reconfigure pipework systems
* Complete accurate reports and compliance documentation
* Maintain high health & safety standards on site
Essential Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Remedial Plumber
* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent)
* Knowledge of Legionella control and water hygiene
* Experience with domestic and commercial systems
* Full UK driving licence
