Job Title: Occupational Hygienist
Location: Bicester
Salary: £28,000-£40,000 + Benefits

A leading environmental and occupational health consultancy is seeking an Occupational Hygienist to join their growing Bicester team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional with 1-3 years’ experience and ongoing BOHS training to advance their career within a supportive, well-established consultancy.

In this role, you’ll take an active part in delivering workplace exposure assessments across a variety of industries-helping clients manage risk, stay compliant, and enhance long-term employee wellbeing. You’ll work on diverse projects, receive full support toward your BOHS qualifications, and benefit from clear routes for progression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out workplace exposure monitoring (dust, fumes, noise, vibration)

  • Conduct LEV assessments and assist with COSHH reviews

  • Produce detailed technical reports and risk assessments

  • Provide practical, evidence-based advice to clients

  • Support junior team members and contribute to team development

  • Liaise with clients, regulators, and site personnel

Skills & Experience:

  • 1-3 years’ experience in occupational hygiene or workplace monitoring

  • BOHS modules (W501-W507) completed or in progress

  • Degree in Occupational Hygiene, Environmental Science, or related discipline

  • Strong communication, organisational, and analytical skills

  • Full UK driving licence
