Job Title: Newly Qualified Architect

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established RIBA chartered practice who provide expert design services to the residential and commercial sector. They are looking for a talented Newly Qualified Architect to manage a range of residential projects for their Birmingham studio.

Duties for the role of Newly Qualified Architect include:
- Manage and deliver on various residential projects from inception through to completion
- Carry out site visits to ensure technical compliance and high quality is achieved
- Liaise alongside clients, contractors and other members of the team
- Produce detailed drawing packages using Revit and AutoCAD
Skills and experience for the role of Newly Qualified Architect:
- ARB registered
- Successfully completed you RIBA Part 3 Qualification experience
- Strong post RIBA Part 2 qualification experience within a relevant role within a UK practice
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit
- Experience managing projects within the residential sector
- Housebuilder experience is desirable
- Job running experience
- Portfolio that demonstrates strong layout and masterplanning experience
- Excellent drawing and design skills
- Strong experience working on projects across RIBA stages 0-3
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Live within a commutable distance to the Birmingham area
