Salary: £35,000 – £45,000
This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading RIBA chartered architectural practice who provide expert design services to high profile projects across the Midlands. They are on the lookout for a Job Running Architectural Technologist to hit the ground running for their team in their Birmingham offices.

Duties for the role of Job Runner include:
- Manage and deliver commercial projects from inception through to completion
- Prepare and submit building regulations and planning applications
- Carry out site visits to ensure high quality and compliance is achieved
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and other external and internal team members
Skills and experience for the role of Job Runner:
- Relevant degree within architectural technology
- Strong experience within a relevant within a UK practice
- CIAT registered would be desirable
- Proficient with Revit
- Experience working on projects within the commercial sector
- Strong experience working across RIBA stages 4 through to 6
- Job running experience is essential
- Strong technical and design skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Live within a commutable distance to the Birmingham area
