We are seeking a motivated Graduate Environmental Consultant to join a growing environmental consultancy based in Cardiff. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to build practical experience while contributing to meaningful projects that support sustainable development, climate resilience, and responsible environmental management across the UK.
As a Graduate Environmental Consultant, you will support senior colleagues with environmental assessments, data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. The role involves field and office-based work, exposure to regulatory frameworks, and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams. You will gain hands-on experience delivering high-quality technical outputs while developing a strong understanding of environmental processes and consultancy best practice.
Based in Cardiff, you will be part of a supportive office environment that values curiosity, innovation, and clear communication. The Graduate Environmental Consultant will be encouraged to take ownership of tasks and progressively increase responsibility. Projects span water, flood risk, environmental planning, and nature-based solutions, offering variety and real-world impact.
Graduate Environmental Consultant, Candidate Requirements:
- A relevant degree in environmental science, geology, hydrology, or a related discipline
- Full UK driving licence and readiness for occasional site work
