Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Design Project Manager to oversee the coordination and delivery of design information across remediation and residential projects. This role is key to ensuring project programmes are achieved and all outputs meet regulatory and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities of this Design Project Manager role:

  • Coordinate the day-to-day activities of both internal and external design teams
  • Monitor project timelines, key milestones, and submission deadlines
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to maintain alignment across all stages
  • Track design progress to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory standards
  • Support the preparation and coordination of documentation for Building Regulations and Gateway submissions
  • Proactively identify risks to delivery and implement effective mitigation strategies

Requirements of this Design Project Manager role:

  • Proven experience in design management or project management within the construction sector
  • Excellent organisational and coordination abilities
  • Strong understanding of Building Regulations and construction processes
  • Experience working within consultancy or contractor environments
