Job Title: Contracts Supervisor
Salary: £30,000-£35,000
Location: Berkshire

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a contracts supervisor to join a growing organisation within the compliance and facilities management sector. This contracts supervisor role offers a blend of field-based and commercial responsibilities, providing excellent exposure across service delivery and client management.

The successful contracts supervisor will play a key role in supporting major client accounts, ensuring high service standards, and identifying opportunities for business growth. This position is ideal for someone looking to develop their career within water hygiene and commercial operations.

Duties:

  • Support key client accounts and lead review meetings
  • Supervise service delivery and ensure compliance with agreed scopes
  • Identify and quote for remedials, renewals, and upsell opportunities
  • Attend client meetings and build strong relationships
  • Assist with new business development and contract acquisition
  • Provide technical support, risk assessments, and consultancy

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ office experience (FM or construction preferred)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage workload independently and within a team
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Full UK driving licence
