Overview
My client is seeking a skilled CAD / Revit Technician to support the production of detailed construction and remediation drawings across a portfolio of residential and façade remediation projects.
You will play a key role in translating design intent into coordinated, buildable technical information.
Key Responsibilities of this CAD/REVIT role:
- Produce high-quality technical drawings using AutoCAD and/or Revit
- Develop detailed façade remediation solutions, including cavity barriers, fire stopping, and cladding interfaces
- Coordinate drawing outputs with design, fire, and structural teams
- Prepare drawing packages for planning, Building Regulations approval, and construction
- Assist with as-built information and survey data integration
- Ensure all drawings comply with current Building Regulations and project specifications
Requirements of this CAD/REVIT role:
- Strong AutoCAD skills (Revit experience advantageous)
- Experience producing detailed construction drawings
- Understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
- Experience in residential or façade-related projects desirable
- High level of attention to detail and ability to work within a team environment
