Daily Duties
- Produce detailed technical drawings and construction packages
- Develop and coordinate models primarily using Revit
- Work collaboratively with architects, consultants, and project teams
- Assist in the preparation of planning and building regulation submissions
- Ensure compliance with current building regulations and standards
- Contribute to design development with a focus on technical delivery
- Attend project meetings and liaise with stakeholders as required
Ideal Candidate
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Architectural Technology or a related field and at least several years industry experience
- Strong technical detailing ability, or a willingness to develop these skills
- Proficiency in Revit is highly desirable, as it is the primary software used
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD would be beneficial
- Experience in sectors such as education, healthcare, transport, civic, or community projects is advantageous but not essential
- Open to candidates at varying levels, including more junior applicants with the right attitude and eagerness to learn
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Proactive, motivated, and adaptable in a challenging market environment
