Job Title: Architectural Technologist

Daily Duties

  • Produce detailed technical drawings and construction packages
  • Develop and coordinate models primarily using Revit
  • Work collaboratively with architects, consultants, and project teams
  • Assist in the preparation of planning and building regulation submissions
  • Ensure compliance with current building regulations and standards
  • Contribute to design development with a focus on technical delivery
  • Attend project meetings and liaise with stakeholders as required

Ideal Candidate

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Architectural Technology or a related field and at least several years industry experience
  • Strong technical detailing ability, or a willingness to develop these skills
  • Proficiency in Revit is highly desirable, as it is the primary software used
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD would be beneficial
  • Experience in sectors such as education, healthcare, transport, civic, or community projects is advantageous but not essential
  • Open to candidates at varying levels, including more junior applicants with the right attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Proactive, motivated, and adaptable in a challenging market environment
