Daily Duties
- Developing and coordinating technical design information
- Producing detailed drawings, specifications and schedules
- Working closely with project teams and external consultants
- Supporting BIM coordination and digital delivery
- Ensuring regulatory compliance and technical accuracy
- Participating in site inspections and technical problem-solving
- Contributing to efficient project delivery across all stages
Ideal Candidate
- Qualification in Architectural Technology (degree/HNC/HND)
- Experience working on UK-based construction projects
- Strong Revit/BIM capability
- Excellent attention to detail and technical proficiency
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Enthusiastic approach to learning and professional growth
