General Duties

  • Develop architectural designs, technical information and detailed Revit models for retail and logistics projects
  • Produce drawings, schedules, and documentation to support planning and construction stages
  • Work collaboratively with the design team, consultants, and project stakeholders
  • Ensure design output complies with relevant UK technical standards and client requirements
  • Participate in project meetings and contribute to design coordination
  • Support BIM workflows and maintain model accuracy at all stages
  • Assist with technical design problem solving and quality control

Ideal Candidate

  • Architectural Technologist with several years’ post‑qualification experience working in practice
  • Proven proficiency in Revit as current primary software- 100% capability expected
  • Relevant experience delivering retail and/or logistics projects is a strong advantage
  • Strong technical design ability and understanding of UK building regulations
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to work independently and manage workload effectively
