General Duties
- Develop architectural designs, technical information and detailed Revit models for retail and logistics projects
- Produce drawings, schedules, and documentation to support planning and construction stages
- Work collaboratively with the design team, consultants, and project stakeholders
- Ensure design output complies with relevant UK technical standards and client requirements
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to design coordination
- Support BIM workflows and maintain model accuracy at all stages
- Assist with technical design problem solving and quality control
Ideal Candidate
- Architectural Technologist with several years’ post‑qualification experience working in practice
- Proven proficiency in Revit as current primary software- 100% capability expected
- Relevant experience delivering retail and/or logistics projects is a strong advantage
- Strong technical design ability and understanding of UK building regulations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Able to work independently and manage workload effectively
