Duties for the role of Architectural Technologist include:

  • Take ownership of projects throughout all RIBA work stages
  • Work collaboratively with clients, consultants, and internal teams to achieve project goals
  • Produce detailed design documentation and technically robust packages
  • Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget

Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technologist:

  • Degree within Architectural Technology
  • Relevant post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
  • Proficiency with Revit
  • Background in working on projects across RIBA work stages 4 – 6
  • Good understanding of BIM workflows
  • Working knowledge of UK building regulations
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
