The practice specialises in bespoke residential projects, including new-build homes, extensions, and small-scale developments across North Yorkshire. Key Responsibilities
- Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications for residential schemes
- Coordinate and manage construction information across all project stages
- Prepare and submit planning and Building Regulations applications
- Collaborate closely with architects, clients, consultants, and contractors
- Attend site visits and technical meetings as required
- Ensure all project information is accurate, compliant, and delivered on time
Ideal Candidate
- Architectural Technologist with several years’ UK experience
- Strong background in residential projects, including new builds and extensions
- Good knowledge of UK planning policy and Building Regulations
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD or similar BIM software
- Excellent communication and team-working skills
- Organised, proactive, and capable of working independently and collaboratively
