Salary: £34,000 – £42,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a national Architectural practice who offer a multidisciplinary approach to the sports and leisure sector. They are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and driven Architectural Technician to join their team in their Newcastle studio.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technician include:

  • Manage leisure and sports projects from inception through to completion
  • Prepare and submit building regulation and planning applications
  • Produce planning, technical, and construction drawings
  • Carry out site visits and ensure technical compliance is achieved

Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician include:

  • Relevant degree within architectural technology or architecture
  • Relevant post qualification experience in a relevant role within a UK practice
  • Proficiency with Revit
  • Experience managing projects across various sectors
  • Working knowledge of UK building regulations
  • Job running experience
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Live within a commutable distance to the Nottingham area
