Daily Duties
- Contribute to or lead design stages from concept to completion
- Produce drawings, models and documentation using Revit
- Attend internal design reviews and client/consultant meetings
- Prepare planning, tender and construction packages
- Help manage project coordination and ensure compliance with UK regulations
- Support project delivery through all RIBA stages
Ideal Candidate
- Fully qualified Architect (newly qualified to senior level considered)
- Comfortable using Revit or eager to develop strong proficiency
- Strong design sensibility and technical understanding
- Confident communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Lives within 45 minutes of Newark-on-Trent
- Happy to work full-time in the office, Monday to Friday
