Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of residential projects across all stages
- Prepare planning and Building Regulations applications
- Produce detailed drawing and technical packages using BIM software
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Attend site visits and project meetings as required
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard
Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Architect with several years’ UK experience
- Proven experience in residential architecture
- Strong understanding of UK planning policy and Building Regulations
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD or similar BIM software
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently and within a team
