Salary: £35,000 – £40,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing RIBA chartered practice who offer award-winning design services to the residential and commercial sectors. They are looking for a talented Architect to join their expanding team in their Harrogate studio.

Duties for the role of Architect include:

  • Work and deliver on a range of residential projects from inception to completion
  • Undertake site visits and surveys to ensure compliance is achieved
  • Liaise with clients, other members of multidisciplined teams and contractors
  • Prepare and develop planning scheme to detailed construction drawings
  • Produce technical specifications, tender, and working drawing packages

Skills and experience for the role of Architect:

  • ARB registered
  • Relevant post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD and ArchiCAD
  • Experience working on projects within the residential sector
  • Excellent drawing and design skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Live within a commutable distance to the Harrogate area
