Tamzin is a dedicated member of Penguin Recruitment’s Transport Planning team, specialising in connecting top talent with leading opportunities across the entire UK. After earning a BSc in Accounting and Finance from the University of the West of England, she joined the team in 2023. With a friendly and personalised approach to recruitment, Tamzin focuses on building strong, lasting relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring every placement is a perfect fit for long-term career growth and company success.

Outside of work, she loves exploring the outdoors with her dog, discovering new trails, and staying active through running and fundraising competitions. Tamzin also enjoys swimming in the sea and relaxing in the sunshine.
