Andy is a seasoned recruiter with 26 years experience making a difference for his clients and candidates in the technical, executive & operations sectors. Originally working as a Graduate Civil Engineer in the UK, he moved to New Zealand in 1996 for a season of rugby and ended up living there for 25 years, using the opportunity to switch his career into the recruitment sector.
Andy has built a reputation for delivering multidisciplinary recruitment projects to his long term clients usually with the added complexity of international sourcing campaigns.
Since commencing with Penguin Andy has carved out a niche for delivering specific pieces of recruitment work and is building a team ready to respond to urgent client needs
