Caitlin graduated from Cardiff Metropolitan University with a degree in Business Finance and has since built a successful career as a Recruitment Consultant specialising in the Water Treatment sector. She recruits for a wide range of roles — from commercial positions such as Account Management, Business Development, and Contracts Management to technical roles including Water Hygiene Engineers, Legionella Risk Assessors, and Remedial Plumbers across the UK. Caitlin is passionate about connecting top talent with leading organisations.

Outside of work, Caitlin enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, staying active at the gym, and exploring new places. She loves long countryside walks and hiking along the beautiful beaches of the Gower Peninsula.

I aim to bring a friendly, knowledgeable and efficient approach to geotechnical industry recruitment. I enjoy building relationships with my wide-ranging client base, spending time getting to understand their particular needs. I have a track record of finding great new opportunities for talented engineers and consultants in geotechnics, environmental and all things geology.

In my spare time, I perform as a singer and guitarist at venues across the UK and I’m also a keen snooker player and cook.

I studied BSc History at Cardiff University and then headed straight into recruitment. I transitioned into Ground Engineering recruitment after previously covering the Manufacturing sector and now specialise in matching great candidates to roles across Geotechnical, Contaminated Land, Hydrogeology and Remediation.

Outside of work, I really enjoy football and rowing, having represented Cardiff University in rowing championships across the UK.

Beth joined Penguin Recruitment in 2023 after graduating from Cardiff University with a BSc in English Literature. Originally from Somerset, she relocated to Swansea and has since built a strong reputation within the Geo sector, specialising in Geotechnical Engineering, Geoenvironmental Consultancy, Hydrogeology, and Ground Remediation recruitment.
