Meet the team
Neil Ellerton
After gaining a 1st class English Literature Degree, Neil moved into a career in Ice Hockey, competing professionally all over the world. Eventually this came to an end due to injury and Neil moved into the world of sales. He then parlayed this experience into a career in Recruitment and has been with Penguin all told for 6 years, where he is the Lead Recruiter within the Geotechnical team.
