Ashleigh Garner - Principal Consultant
Ashleigh has worked for Penguin Recruitment since 2017 and her expertise lies with Ecology, Landscape Architecture and Arboriculture. Her advanced knowledge within the Ecology sector allows her to provide a specialist service to both employers and consultant job seekers at all levels - from Assistants through to Directors. Ashleigh is a friendly and approachable person which has enabled her to develop strong relationships with clients and candidates throughout the UK.
In her spare-time, Ashleigh enjoys spending time with her Cavapoo puppy, Nellie, and walking along the Gower coast.

Hannah Parker - Lead Consultant

Joseph Lane - Consultant
Joe earned his master’s degree in Pharmacy from the University of Bath in 2023. Realising Pharmacy wasn’t for him, Joe joined Penguin in 2024 and now works in recruitment for Ecology, Arboriculture, and Landscape Architecture. Joe enjoys engaging with candidates at all career stages, assisting them in securing their dream job.
Outside of work, Joe is an avid climber. Whether it’s sport climbing, bouldering, or scrambling, he enjoys tackling routes along the Gower coast, in North Wales, or even further afield in Spain and France.
