Water Hygiene Engineer – London

We are currently seeking an experienced Water Hygiene Engineer to join a well-established water treatment and compliance specialist operating across London. This opportunity is ideal for a skilled Water Hygiene Engineer who is looking to progress within a growing, supportive, and safety-driven business.

As a Water Hygiene Engineer, you will attend a variety of commercial and public sector sites, delivering both planned preventative and reactive water hygiene services while ensuring full compliance with industry regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

In this Water Hygiene Engineer position, your duties will include:

  • Delivering routine water hygiene and treatment services across multiple sites
  • Carrying out temperature monitoring, system flushing, and water sampling
  • Servicing, maintaining, and carrying out remedial works on TMVs
  • Inspecting and disinfecting cold water storage tanks and calorifiers
  • Showerhead descaling and disinfection
  • Ensuring all works comply with ACoP L8, HSG274, HTM 04-01, and WRAS guidelines

Requirements

To be considered for this Water Hygiene Engineer opportunity, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a water hygiene or plumbing-related role
  • Recognised water hygiene training (essential)
  • A full UK driving licence
