Town Planner

The Role
As a Town Planner, you will:
- Manage planning applications and appeals for a variety of projects.
- Conduct site appraisals and feasibility studies.
- Provide expert advice on planning policy and development opportunities.
- Liaise with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Contribute to the continued growth and success of the consultancy.
About You
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a planning-related role.
- A degree or postgraduate qualification in Town Planning or a related discipline.
- Chartered Membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) or a clear pathway to achieving chartership.
- A thorough understanding of UK planning policy and legislation.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
- A proactive and solution-focused approach.
