We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Town Planner to join a growing and forward-thinking planning team based in Bristol. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide planning support on a wide variety of infrastructure and development projects
- Work collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams across environmental, engineering, and design disciplines
- Support tendering and bidding activities
- Prepare high-quality reports and planning documents
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Assist in mentoring junior team members
What We’re Looking For:
- A degree in Town Planning or a related discipline
- At least 2 years of relevant planning experience (ideal)
- RTPI membership (or working towards it) desirable
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good understanding of planning legislation (e.g. TCPA, DCO, EIA)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- A positive, proactive mindset and a collaborative approach
