The Role
As a Town Planner, you’ll be involved in delivering a broad range of consultancy services across residential, commercial, and agricultural sectors. Your duties will include preparing, submitting, and managing planning applications and appeals, as well as supporting clients with land promotion and strategic land allocation throughout the Midlands.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will bring some prior experience in the planning sector, whether from public or private practice, and will have a solid understanding of the planning system. Ambition and a desire to provide exceptional, sustainable, and successful planning services to a growing client base are key attributes we’re looking for.
