About the Role
You’ll be involved in the preparation, submission, and management of planning applications and appeals for residential-led developments, with a focus on strategic land. You’ll contribute to site assessments, planning strategies, and community engagement, working collaboratively with colleagues and clients across the UK.
What We’re Looking For
- MRTPI (or working towards) with relevant planning experience (consultancy or client-side).
- Good knowledge of UK planning policy and procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
