Essential Criteria for the candidate as a Town Planner
- MRTPI chartered status (or working towars)
- Strong understanding of UK planning legislation and policies.
- Proven experience in managing planning applications and appeals.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to challenges.
