My client, a leading Planning Consultancy with over 140 years of combined planning who are experts in achieving planning permission for Residential, Rural business, Agricultural and Equestrian projects, is looking for an ambitious Town Planner to join the team in Bristol. The consultancy is well-regarded for its hands-on approach, focusing on sustainable land use, rural development, and balancing the needs of the countryside with planning regulations.
The Position as a Town Planner
The position as a Planning Consultant for a proactive individual with a personable attitude. As a Planning Consultant, you will be meaningfully engaged in a diverse range and scale of projects, be an active member supporting the senior staff, and consolidating your skills.

Essential Criteria for the candidate as a Town Planner
- RTPI accredited town planning degree or relevant
- Working towards MRTPI or Chartered
- Previous relevant experience.
- A proven track record managing caseloads for different planning applications – residential / renewables ideally.
- Have good communication and an enthusiastic mentality
- Ability to work in a fast-faced environment
