The client, an innovative Town planning Consultancy based in the heart of London, is looking or a dynamic Town Planner to join the friendly team! They offer expert consultancy services across a diverse range of projects from residential and commercial developments to complex infrastructure and regeneration schemes.
The Position of a Town Planner
- Develop and implement land use plans and zoning regulations.
- Conduct site assessments and environmental impact evaluations.
- Engage with community members and stakeholders to gather input and address concerns.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals.

Essential Criteria for the Candidate as a Town Planner
- RTPI-accredited town planning degree or relevant
- Working towards MRTPI or Chartered
- Previous relevant experience.
- A proven track record managing caseloads for different planning applications – residential / renewables ideally.
- Have good communication and an enthusiastic mentality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
