Sustainability Consultant – SAP experience


This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Sustainability Consultant to join a multidisciplined consultancy based in Guildford who have been at the forefront at providing highly technical services within the built environment for almost 20 years.

Role responsibilities for a Sustainability Consultant will be:

  • Carry out SAP and SBEM assessments and calculations
  • Use IES-VE software to carry out Part O assessments and overheating TM52 and TM59 assessments
  • Produce SAP assessments and EPC’s so that Part L compliance is achieved
  • Carry out consultancy and written reports for planning stages so that requirements are met

The ideal Sustainability Consultant will have:

  • An educational background within sustainability or the environmental sciences
  • Relevant experience within a sustainability consultancy or SAP Assessor role
  • An OCDEA accreditation would be beneficial, with SAP10 experience being essential
  • Good understanding of UK building regulations and legislations
  • Experience with Part O and SBEM software would be desirable
  • Full UK driving license and live within a commutable distance of Guildford
