This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sustainability Consultant to become part of an extremely successful and leading sustainability consultancy working from a fully remote position. If you have experience as an Overheating Assessor, or with Part O please read below.
Job responsibilities of the Overheating Assessor:
- Producing overheating TM52 and TM59 assessments, Part O assessments
- Being involved in energy assessments and modelling
- Consulting on building design to comply with part L
The ideal Overheating Assessor will have:
- Have experience in a similar job using IES, TM52 and TM59
- Computer literacy skills
- A confident and motivated personality
