Your Role:
- Deliver BREEAM assessments across all stages-from pre-assessment to post-construction.
- Work collaboratively with clients, architects, and contractors to meet sustainability objectives.
- Prepare and submit evidence to support BREEAM credits.
- Stay up to date with changing legislation and BREEAM standards.
- Provide sustainability advice and insights to improve environmental performance.
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed BREEAM Assessor with 2-3 years of experience in a consultancy or construction environment.
- Strong project coordination and communication skills.
- Background in sustainability, architecture, environmental science, or engineering.
- BREEAM AP accreditation is a plus-not essential, but definitely an advantage.
- Experience with Life Cycle Analysis (LCA) would also be highly beneficial.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
