We’re working with a well-established, independent planning consultancy based in Central London. Known for their work on some of the city’s most high-profile and complex developments, they’re now looking to bring a Senior Town Planner on board.
The role:
As a Senior Planner, you’ll play a key role in delivering major planning applications across a diverse portfolio-ranging from mixed-use and residential schemes to commercial and infrastructure-led projects. You’ll have direct access to clients and decision-makers and will work alongside a collaborative, high-performing team.
Key responsibilities:

Manage and lead complex planning applications from start to finish

Provide strategic advice to clients, consultants, and stakeholders

Mentor and support junior team members

Contribute to client development and maintain strong working relationships
What we’re looking for:

A proven track record in planning consultancy (or related private/public sector roles)

Strong knowledge of the London planning system and development process

Clear, confident communication and report-writing skills

A proactive, commercially minded approach to problem solving

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
