The Position of a Senior Town Planner
My client is seeking a Senior Town Planner to join their dynamic and expanding planning team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. As a Senior Planner, you will lead on planning applications, appeals, and strategic planning projects, providing expert advice to clients and helping to shape the future of communities across the region.

Essential Criteria for the candidate as a Senior Town Planner
- RTPI accredited town planning degree or relevant.
- Either hold or working towards Chartered Membership of the RTPI.
- Excellent report writing, analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and within the supporting team.
- Solution-focused
- UK driving licence.
