With expertise across residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, the client works closely with developers, landowners, and local authorities to create sustainable, innovative, and policy-compliant solutions.
The Position of a Senior Town Planner
As a Senior Town Planner, you will lead on diverse planning projects, manage client relationships, and guide teams through the full planning process-from initial site appraisals to securing permissions. You’ll use your in-depth knowledge of planning policy and regulations to deliver successful outcomes, while playing a key role in shaping urban environments.

Essential Criteria for the candidate as a Senior Town Planner
- RTPI accredited town planning degree or relevant.
- Either hold or working towards Chartered Membership of the RTPI.
- Excellent report writing, analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and within the supporting team.
- Solution-focused
- UK driving licence.
