The client, a UK-based firm specialising in providing expert town planning services to a range of clients, including developers, landowners, and local authorities, is looking for an experienced Senior Town Planner to join the Planning team in Birmingham. The team specialise in delivering projects across residential, commercial, mixed-use, regeneration, and infrastructure sectors.
The Position of a Senior Town Planner
As a Senior Town Planner, you must be able to work in a team environment, manage competing demands, and prioritise tasks for themselves and others, with the key aspect being to meet clients’ expectations. You will be meaningfully engaged in all work streams of work, an active member of the team and a mentor to junior staff.

Essential Criteria for the candidate as a Senior Town Planner
- RTPI accredited town planning degree or relevant
- Previous relevant consultancy experience.
- Have good communication and an enthusiastic mentality
- Ability to work in a fast-faced environment
