The Company
The client, a UK-based firm specialising in providing expert town planning services to a range of clients, including developers, landowners, and local authorities, is looking for an experienced Senior Town Planner to join the Planning team in Manchester. The team specialise in delivering projects across residential, commercial, mixed-use, regeneration, and infrastructure sectors.
Successful candidates will have their Chartered Status with the RPTI, have an accredited planning degree (or related qualification), and have demonstrable previous experience. You must enthusiastic, client focused, and have a track record of independently managing planning applications.

- Engage in developing the company’s client base, enhancing the company’s reputation, and an active member of the team.
- Contribute to a diverse range and scale of projects such as residential, Retail, University and Schools.

Essential Criteria for the candidate as a Senior Town Planner
- RTPI accredited town planning degree or relevant
- Previous relevant consultancy experience.
- Have good communication and an enthusiastic mentality
