Our client is looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join their well-established Building Services and Sustainability Consulting Engineering firm. They operate in a wide range of projects covering the Residential, mixed-use, retail, entertainment sectors and many more.

To be considered for this Senior Electrical Engineer role you will have:

  • A minimum of two years relevant industry experience
  • A Building Services Engineering, Electrical degree, or similar
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Brilliant time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Chartered status through IET and/or CIBSE
  • Five years of design experience across a varied portfolio of small to large scale projects
  • Experience undertaking design of electrical installations in all types of commercial buildings
  • Understanding of AutoCAD and main technical engineering programmes
  • Understanding of sustainability related statutory legislation, standards, and drivers in the construction industry

Working as a Senior Electrical Engineer you will:

  • Support with business development and possess market awareness
  • Lead projects and manage the design team
  • Liaise with external teams and attend project meetings
  • Complete technical design and development of building servicing concept
  • Develop sustainable building design on projects
  • Provide technical guidance to junior members of the team
  • Plan and monitor project profitability and efficiency
