Senior Architectural Technologist
Location: Manchester
Salary: £38,000-£42,000 pa (dependant on experience)
We are looking for an experienced and detail-orientated Senior Architectural Technologist with an enthusiasm for design to join an award-winning, friendly team in Manchester. The practice has a passion for sustainable and quality designs alongside providing fantastic service to every client.

The role:
- Join the Residential, Commercial and Education teams, contributing across all three sectors
- Produce and coordinate technical packages, taking projects from early concept through to construction
- Drive the detailed design stage and keep design information aligned across the project team
- Turn design ideas into practical, buildable details
- Handle design changes calmly and keep projects on course
- Maintain a consistently high standard of delivery
About you:
- Significant post-qualification experience in UK practice
- CIAT registered
- A solid record of leading detailed design and coordinating information between disciplines
- Confident Revit user, with BIM Level 2 knowledge a bonus
- Working knowledge of NBS and current construction standards
- Sound grasp of Building Regulations, the Building Safety Act and related legislation
- A motivated, positive team player who takes ownership and enjoys solving problems
