Salary: £35,000 – £45,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established architectural practice who offer their expertise to the residential and commercial sectors. They are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Architect to join their expanding team in Birmingham.

Duties for the role of Senior Architect:

  • Carry out detailed designs of residential and commercial projects
  • Take the lead on projects from masterplanning through to the delivery stage
  • Contribute to and maintain a robust pipeline of work
  • Carry out site visits to ensure they are of a high quality

Skills and experience for the role of Senior Architect:

  • ARB registered
  • Significant post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience within a UK practice
  • Proficient with Revit
  • Experience working across RIBA stages 1 through to 7
  • Experience working across a broad range of sectors
  • Ability to work well within a team and independently
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent detailing and drawing skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Live within a commutable distance to the Birmingham area
